The concert for Linda

Sunday 18th April witnessed a very special concert broadcast on UK Television (BBC 1) at 10.35pm to celebrate the life of Linda McCartney with special performances by George Michael, Sinead O'Connor, Chrissie Hynde, Marianne Faithful, Elvis Costello and a host more celebs including for the finale Paul McCartney performing a 1950's Rick Nelson song. All the performers gave their time completely free and all the proceeds went to different charities that were a favourite of Linda's.

The Concert was held at the Royal Albert Hall and it was directed expertly by the one and only Kevin Godley.
